Full-Time | On-Site | 6 Days a Week


Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Telecalling Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact between DS Infra Developers and potential customers. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to potential clients from our database.

  • Introducing customers to our current and upcoming residential and commercial property projects.

  • Understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable investment options.

  • Fixing appointments and booking site visits for interested buyers.

  • Maintaining regular follow-ups with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and SMS.

  • Recording call details and updating CRM or lead sheets daily.

  • Achieving weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

  • Coordinating with the field sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.

  • Sharing brochures, location maps, and videos digitally with clients.

  • Assisting in handling customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

  • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus)

  • Confident, energetic, and motivated to achieve sales goals

  • Basic knowledge of real estate is an added advantage

  • Must be polite, persuasive, and good at building rapport over calls

  • Comfortable with making 100+ calls a day

  • Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome)
